Product Description:
The stirring dough is pumped out to the baking plate through a
blanking pump. The lid is then closed automatically, giving the
dough its cake-like shape according to the set thickness. The
rotating plate which follows then moves the baking plate to the
oven with upper and lower fire nozzles. The baking process then
transforms the dough paste into the finished dough cake. A robot
cake then accurately feeds the dough cake and shapes it into a roll
mold to ultimately transform it into the finished product which is
ready for delivery.
